SiliconBridge AI, Inc. ("SiliconBridge AI", "we", "our") operates the website at siliconbridgeai.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data you provide voluntarily
If you contact us via email (contact@siliconbridgeai.com) or submit a contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
Analytics data (only with your consent)
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used. This service will only be activated after you click "Accept All Cookies." If you decline, no analytics code runs on your device. Analytics data includes: pages visited, approximate geographic region, device type, and session duration. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
No other tracking
We do not use advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), session-replay tools, heat-mapping tools, or any other third-party tracking technology.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Analytics data (collected only with consent) is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymization and restricted data retention.
6. Data retention
Contact inquiry emails: retained for as long as the business relationship is active, then deleted. Analytics data (if consent granted): retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email contact@siliconbridgeai.com. To withdraw analytics consent, click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer and select Decline.

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes affecting data collection will be noted on the Site before taking effect.
